I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment

  • Please contact the clinic as soon as possible to either make changes or cancel your appointment.

  • In order to ensure we are able to offer timely and urgent appointments to waitlisted patients, ALL cancellations with less than 48 business hours notice will incur a fee. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.


I need a Telehealth appointment

When you receive a reminder for your appointment, please ensure that you specify if you would like this to occur via Telehealth. You can also email us on to let us know. Please be advised that Telehealth consults must be prepaid.


I need my therapist to complete paperwork 

  • Please complete this form.

  • We will forward this to the relevant practitioner.

  • Please note that you may be required to schedule an appointment to complete your paperwork.

  • All letter/report/ paperwork requests outside of scheduled appointments may incur a fee.
