NEW PATIENT - Allied Health Appointments

Our allied health professionals require either a Care Plan from your GP or an email with background information including the patient's date of birth and why you are looking for appointments to review before they are able to accept new patients.

Once we have received your Care Plan or background information email, we will pass this along to our team for review. If accepted by one of our clinicians, we will be in contact with you to offer appointments.

You will need to complete our registration and consent forms, which also contain information about our fees and charges. Please contact us if you need further clarification around this.

To confirm your first appointment, we require a $200 deposit. This is deducted from the cost of your appointment. However, should you be unable to reschedule or cancel as per our cancellation policy, your deposit will not be refunded
