NEW PATIENTS
Psychiatrist Consultations
Before we are able to book you in for an initial appointment, you will need a valid GP referral. Once we have received your referral, we will process and forward it to the relevant practitioners for review and acceptance. We will then contact you to offer appointments.
You will be eligible for a rebate from Medicare with your GP referral.
Allied Health Consultations
Our allied health professionals require either a Care Plan from your GP or an email with background information including the patient's date of birth and why you are looking for appointments to review before they are able to accept new patients.
We will pass your Care Plan/background information email along to our team for review and, if accepted by one of our clinicians, we will be in contact with you to offer appointments.

Psychologists
You will be eligible for rebates through Medicare if you have a Better Access Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. If you would prefer to claim through your Private Health insurance or have a Self Managed Plan through NDIS, we can provide you a receipt after payment of your appointment for you to submit your claim.

Occupational Therapist
Appointments with our occupational therapist are eligible for a Medicare rebate if you have a GP Management Plan (GPMP). If you would prefer to claim through your Private Health insurance or have a Self Managed Plan through NDIS, we can provide you a receipt after payment of your appointment for you to submit your claim.

Social Worker
You will be eligible for a Medicare rebate if you have either a Better Access Mental Health Care Plan or an Eating Disorder Plan from your GP. If you would prefer to claim through your Private Health insurance or have a Self Managed Plan through NDIS that can be used, we can provide you a receipt after payment of your appointment for you to submit your claim.
