About Me
Lorraine has over thirty years of experience working with people presenting with anxiety (Generalised Anxiety Disorder and panic attacks), Mood disorders and Depression. She also finds working with people struggling to navigate life transitions, grief/ loss, trauma, sexuality and gender identity rewarding. Lorraine has extensive experience working with parents struggling with the many challenges of parenthood (including gender identity and transitions), as well as, work/ employment related problems.

Lorraine has a strong interest in working with people with Autism Spectrum Disorders. She is warm and has a nurturing, non-judgmental client-centred approach. Lorraine works together with Kobe (therapy dog), in developing strong therapeutic alliances with clients. She uses a variety of treatment modalities in tailoring her treatment approach. This may include: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
Lorraine and Kobe see children/ adolescents from 12 years onwards, as well as, adults. They offer both face to face and Telehealth appointments.
